Erik Espinoza

Background

Erik Espinoza, Esq. is a native of Sinaloa, Mexico.  Having navigated the immigration system, himself, he has an inside view of what to expect, both legally and psychologically.  Attorney Espinoza has traveled through Latin America and taken legal courses in Argentina, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico to better understand international law and the public policy reasons that lead individuals to emigrate.

Attorney Espinoza is an avid family man.  When he’s not representing clients in court, he can be found on the sideline coaching one of his children or at a salsa concert with his wife.

Education and Licenses

Attorney Espinoza is licensed to practice in the state of California.  He graduated from Southwestern Law School, Cal Poly Pomona, and Loyola High School.  While in law school and college, he was a member of the schools’ Mock Trial team.  He has volunteered his time with the ACLU of Southern California, the Immigration Clinic at Southwestern Law School, and the Immigrant’s Rights project with Public Counsel.
