Erik Espinoza

Background

Erik Espinoza, Esq. hails from Sinaloa, Mexico. Having navigated the immigration system himself, he possesses an intimate understanding of what to expect both legally and psychologically. Attorney Espinoza has traveled throughout Latin America and taken law courses in Argentina, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico to gain a deeper understanding of international law and the public policy reasons that drive people to emigrate.

Attorney Espinoza is an avid family man. When he’s not representing clients in court, you can find him coaching one of his kids on the sidelines or attending a salsa concert with his wife.

Education and Licenses

Attorney Espinoza is licensed to practice law in the state of California. He graduated from Southwestern Law School, Cal Poly Pomona, and Loyola High School. During his time in law school and college, he was a member of the schools’ Mock Trial teams. He has volunteered his time with the ACLU of Southern California, Southwestern Law School’s Immigration Clinic, and the Immigrants’ Rights Project with Public Counsel.
